Follow these steps to Restrict user to delete printer in Windows 7
1. Click on Start button , then Type gpedit.msc and Press Enter .
2. In the Local Group policy Editor , Navigate User Configuration => Administrative template => Control Panel => Printers , then on the Right pane Double-click on Prevent deletion of printers
3. Click on Enable radio button , then Click on Apply then OK.
