How to Create share folder shortcut on Desktop in windows 7

[post_ad]We can create share folder shortcut on another Computer in Work group. for example Com-networks shared folder located on Computer 1 and Computer 2 user want to access this folder again and again . then we need to create shortcut of Com-networks shared folder on Computer 2 Desktop.

Follow these steps to create share folder shortcut on another computer

Computer 1 


1. Com-networks is a shared folder on Computer1 and IP address of Computer1 is 172.17.3.3


Computer 2

2. Right-click on Computer 2 Desktop, then Click on New, then Click on Shortcut

























3. Enter the IP address of Computer 1, the Select Share Folder( Com-networks) which you want to Create Shortcut, then Click on Next.























4. Now Com-networks shortcut created on Computer 2 Desktop, now you can Double-click on Com-networks shortcut and View content of this folder.

























Now Computer 2 user can access com-networks folder just double click on this shortcut.
