How to change Shutdown Power button in Windows 7 via Group Policy
[post_ad]If you want to Replace Power button instead of shutdown to Restart , Log Off , Switch User etc. you can do it via group policy . Its a Great Feature in Windows 7 to Customize Shutdown Button.
Follow these steps to change shutdown power button ……
1. Click on Start button , then Type gpedit.msc command in Search Box ,then Click on Enter .
2. Local Group policy Editor windows opened , now Click on User Configuration => Administrative Template => Start Menu and Task bar then , In the right pane Double-click on Change Start Menu power button .
3. Click on Enabled Radio button , then Select from Drop-down menu Restart , then Apply and OK.
4. Now you will see change on Start menu power button has been changed.
