How to change Shutdown Power button in Windows 7 via Group Policy

You change Shutdown Power button in Windows 7. If you want to Replace Power button instead of shutdown to Restart, Log Off, Switch User etc. you can do it via group policy. Its a Great Feature in Windows 7 to Customize Shutdown Button.

1.  Click on Start button , then Type gpedit.msc command in Search Box, then Click on Enter.

2.  Local Group policy Editor windows opened , now Click on User Configuration => Administrative Template => Start Menu and Task bar then , In the right pane Double-click on Change Start Menu power button .

3. Click on Enabled Radio button , then Select from Drop-down menu Restart , then Apply and OK.
